It is with much humility and respect for the citizens of Louisiana that I announce my candidacy for Louisiana State Senator in District 13 in the Oct. 12, 2019 Primary Election.
I have had the distinguished honor to serve the residents of Livingston Parish as the State House of Representative for District 71 for the past 12 years. I thank you for your unwavering support, your feedback over the years, and your repeated votes of confidence.
I want to take my experience and gained knowledge of the state legislative process and invest that into effective leadership in the State Senate for the people of Livingston Parish, as well as those in parts of Central in East Baton Rouge Parish and Ponchatoula in Tangipahoa Parish.
I remain committed to making improvements to our roads, bridges and drainage systems, so our communities can be safer, easier to navigate and more attractive to economic investments and new job opportunities.
I also remain a strong advocate for quality education programs for all our communities, to give our children an opportunity to compete and be successful in the professional and career field or their choice.
I look forward to sharing my vision for a stronger District 13 in the coming days.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or if you would like to be a part of our campaign.
